Steps:

You will need to purchase a lot of LEEKS from the grocery BEFORE replacing the database with fiddler.
Steps to enable Fast Fishing can be searched.
Open fiddler and replace database.dat. The rule editor is as required

REGEX:(?insx).*Database\.dat$
Reload Pet Society. If replaced correctly, the lines will be highlighted.
Now, just go to the grocery shop to CHECK that your database is replaced correctly. If it is replaced correctly, you should see the cash baits in place of the normal ingredients. Now go fish! Have fun!
